ANNUAL DUES ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE.

 

Invoices are mailed in the latter half of December. Please don't delay mailing your payment -- payments must be RECEIVED by the HOA Treasurer BEFORE January 31 in order to avoid late fees. Mail delivery times are slower now than in the past, and that includes payments set up via online banking.
