Annual Meeting

Owners, the most important meeting of the year has an official date and time. Please mark your calendars accordingly and join us if you can. The  meeting notice/proxy form will be mailed to all owners on October 1. A  copy of the proxy form will be uploaded to the website after October 1. Each  year three board member terms expire in October. Elections are held at  the annual meeting each year to fill those seats. We are currently  collecting bios for any owner wishing to be considered a candidate for a  seat on the board. If you would like to run, please use the online contact forms or email board members directly. Bios must be received to be published no later than 9/16.
